Haris Asim is an operations leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in business operational management, compliance, and automation strategy. He currently serves as Store Manager at The UPS Store in Virginia, where he oversees financial performance, regulatory compliance, staff development and customer experience while consistently achieving operational and KPI targets.

In addition to his corporate leadership role, Haris is the Co-Founder of Omni Grow Automation, a business automation firm dedicated to helping small and mid-sized businesses streamline operations, optimize workflows, and scale efficiently through smart automation solutions. Through this venture, he works closely with entrepreneurs to implement digital systems that improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer engagement.
With cross-industry experience spanning retail management, automotive sales, and healthcare operations in both the United States and Pakistan, Haris brings a global perspective to business development and organizational growth.
As a Member of the Development Committee at USPICC, he supports initiatives that strengthen U.S–Pakistan trade relations, foster entrepreneurship by strengthening partnerships and promote sustainable innovation-led economic collaboration.
